About Me
I am a U1 neuroscience undergraduate student at McGill University. I've been volunteering at the Poulin Lab since 2025 summer, working on dopaminergic neural circuits.
I found computational neuroscience pretty fascinating, particularly modeling dynamic biological systems using programming and mathematics. Inspired by how we can visualize the lipid bilayer membrane as an RC circuit from NSCI200, I started to build my first Python model of a LIF (leaky integrate-and-fire) neuron, alongside the Neuromatch Academy tutorials. Moreover, I wish to pursue computational/theoretical neuroscience in my graduate studies because I am passionate about decoding the brain! ðŸ§
